We delivered

We delivered a complete custom driver solution tailored to the Jetson Orin AGX platform, including optimized kernel modules, custom device trees, sensor drivers, hardware abstraction layers, and performance-tuned I/O interfaces. The result is a reliable, production-ready embedded system capable of handling demanding AI workloads with minimal latency.

Our strategy centered on deep integration with the Jetson Linux SDK, L4T kernel, and NVIDIA’s hardware acceleration stack. We applied a modular driver approach, enabling scalable interface support (SPI, I2C, UART, MIPI-CSI/DSI, GPIO), while ensuring compliance with real-time constraints and maximizing throughput across CPU, GPU, and NVDLA cores.
We designed the driver architecture to be stable, secure, and hardware-abstracted—allowing flexible support for custom sensors, peripherals, and expansion modules. The design emphasized low-latency data paths, efficient memory utilization, and compatibility with CUDA, TensorRT, GStreamer, and ROS middleware for seamless AI pipeline integration.
The development involved custom kernel compilation, device tree engineering, debugging with low-level tools (dmesg, tracepoints, tegrastats), and benchmarking using NVIDIA profiling suites. We built optimized drivers for high-bandwidth peripherals, calibrated camera pipelines, configured power modes, and validated the system across real-world AI workloads.
